EstateSafe AML was founded in Brussels in 2021 by two notaries who were frustrated with outdated compliance processes. They partnered with Belgian developers to build the first real-time aml checker made exclusively for property transactions. Within six months the platform already served over 500 Belgian agencies.

In 2023 we launched the Telegram aml bot and introduced the daily aml check free that instantly attracted thousands of new users. The same year we received official recognition from the Belgian Financial Intelligence Unit for our contribution to AML transparency. By the end of 2023 more than 4 million individual checks were performed through our aml service.

In 2024–2025 we expanded coverage to all EU member states while keeping our headquarters and servers in Belgium. We added professional aml audit reports with electronic stamps accepted by every European land registry. Today EstateSafe AML is the fastest-growing dedicated aml service in the European real estate sector.
